pygg believes in the importance of an efficient and stable financial sector to enable individuals with ideas to become entrepreneurs and help small businesses to grow into big companies. pygg also recognizes and supports the importance of continuing to develop Curaçao’s capital markets.
Our investment banking team provides financial consultancy services and assists clients with financial restructuring, private debt and equity offerings and public debt and equity offerings via the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (“DCSX”).
Our listing executives specialize in listing on the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (“DCSX”). The DCSX is the Curaçao based securities exchange established for listing and trading in domestic and international securities (bonds, equities, and funds).
The DCSX is a self-regulatory exchange based on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM model and subject to supervision by the Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten. The requirements for tradable listings are aligned with the EU transparency guidelines for public companies.
Any company or fund that seeks to list on the Dutch Caribbean securities exchange must have a listing advisor approved by the exchange. pygg is an approved full member of the DCSX, actively operating as listing advisor (‘lad’) and securities broker.
At pygg we bring together private companies and their investors through private placements.
We advise companies that require debt and/or equity capital on how to structure their financing requirements, valuation and compliant offering documentation. pygg maintains a network of local and international investors who are interested in participating in these private placement opportunities.
